He said some Taliban leaders were present in Doha, but there are many questions about the whereabouts and manner of activity of some other senior figures in the group after 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Saleh claimed that when Taliban leaders appeared before the media after seizing Kabul, there was no sign on their faces or in their condition of years of war and hardship inside Afghanistan.
