Four years after adopting emergency steps to reduce consumption, the EU is now revisiting the issue.<\/p>\n<p>According to Politico, the United States has become one of Europe\u2019s key diesel suppliers, and any possible limits on exports of the fuel could place further strain on the bloc\u2019s fuel market.
