According to the ministry, the two sides discussed the need for coordinated international efforts to counter terrorism, extremism and other cross-border challenges.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement from Tajikistan&#8217;s Foreign Ministry, the country&#8217;s foreign minister also stressed Dushanbe&#8217;s commitment to supporting peace and stability in Afghanistan.
