Afghanistan\u2019s Tazkira Affairs Department has issued a statement outlining the conditions and required documents for appointing a representative in the process of obtaining an absentee tazkira, issuing an absentee duplicate tazkira, and also for tazkira verification and translation.<\/p>\n
According to the statement, applicants must obtain the special representative appointment form through the legal department and under the director\u2019s instructions. It also says that a clear, legible colour copy of identity and residence documents in Iran, including the Amayesh card and individual or family residence passport, is mandatory.<\/p>\n
The guidance states that people who have an unverified tazkira and want it verified must also submit a colour copy of their tazkira. For the issuance of an absentee duplicate tazkira in cases where the tazkira has been lost, a colour copy of the previous tazkira, if available, is listed among the required documents.<\/p>\n
According to the statement, the applicant must also submit a copy of the tazkira of one of their immediate relatives, who will be responsible for following up the administrative process in Afghanistan. Father, brother, sister, uncle, cousin and aunt are among the immediate relatives identified.<\/p>\n
The Tazkira Affairs Department also stressed that the presence of applicants over the age of 18 is required for appointing a representative. For those under 18, the family guardian may act on their behalf to designate a representative.<\/p>\n
