Mohammad Muftah, the interim prime minister of the Sanaa government, has warned that any power considering launching an attack on Yemen will face a response from the country. He said Sanaa would not stand idly by in the face of any military action.<\/p>\n
Muftah made the remarks in response to threats and positions reported by the media as having been issued by some countries in connection with the possibility of fresh involvement in Yemen’s conflict. He stressed that any party attacking Yemen would face a Yemeni response.<\/p>\n
The warning comes as clashes continue in a number of provinces between the Yemeni armed forces and Saudi-backed forces. At the same time, according to media sources, reciprocal attacks have also continued on facilities and various areas.<\/p>\n
