According to the agency, the situation has made it more difficult for people in need in various sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The agency said the shortage of funds has affected food, health care, education, nutrition, clean water and shelter. OCHA added that millions of people across Afghanistan continue to face growing humanitarian needs.<\/p>\n<p>OCHA has called on the international community to take action to address the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
