It is scheduled for 3 p.m. local time in New York, or 7 p.m. GMT.<\/p>\n<p>The Bab al-Mandab Strait is one of the world&#8217;s vital shipping routes and connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden, a passage that plays a key role in trade links between Europe and Asia.
