The total value of the aid amounts to around 23 million Afghanis, funded by the Qatar Red Crescent Society.<\/p>\n<p>Maulvi Sher Agha Pir Habib-ur-Rahman, head of Logar\u2019s agriculture department, confirmed the distribution and said the initiative aims to support winter wheat cultivation.
