The incident ended without any injuries to those on board.<\/p>\n<p>According to US media reports, the aircraft encountered a technical problem while flying from Georgia to Washington. After the right engine shut down, the pilot declared an emergency and requested permission to land at Ronald Reagan Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The reports said the aircraft was a Gulfstream C-37A and belonged to the US Coast Guard. There were 14 people on board at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the engine failure, the pilots were able to maintain control of the flight and land the aircraft safely on the runway. Reports said none of the passengers were injured.<\/p>\n<p>After landing, Mullin praised the Coast Guard pilots. He wrote on the social media platform X that the pilots handled the situation so well that it appeared normal to the passengers.<\/p>\n<p>Ronald Reagan National Airport is one of Washington\u2019s main airports and handles many domestic flights.
