He added that there is no disagreement among Afghanistan\u2019s ethnic groups.<\/p>\n<p>The acting minister of borders, ethnicities and tribes in the Taliban administration further claimed that past conflicts in the country were created by \u201cforeign intelligence circles\u201d and \u201coccupiers.\u201d He gave no further details about the claim.<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban administration\u2019s Ministry of Borders, Ethnicities and Tribes published these remarks in a statement.
