According to Putin, Afghanistan and other security-related issues are among the main areas of coordination between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian president also said relations between Moscow and Dushanbe are at the level of a strategic partnership and alliance. He added that cooperation between the two countries in the economic, humanitarian and security sectors is expanding.<\/p>\n<p>Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, has in recent years hosted regional meetings on Central Asian security issues.
