In a statement, it said the project was sent back because of shortcomings in the performance of the company responsible for the work.<\/p>\n<p>At the same meeting, a plan to build an eight-storey commercial market in Kabul with an investment of 162 million Afghanis was also approved. The Taliban administration did not say when work would begin or provide further details about the project.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a committee has been tasked with separating the activities of cargo and postal service companies in line with the Taliban administration&#8217;s existing laws and international standards.
