A new poll in the United States shows that 31% of Gen Z members who voted for Donald Trump in the presidential election now say they regret their choice. The finding comes as Republicans prepare for this autumn’s midterm elections.<\/p>\n
According to the survey, conducted by Navigator, Gen Z showed the lowest level of support for Trump among all age groups. Only 33% of respondents in this group said they strongly or somewhat approve of the US president’s performance.<\/p>\n
The poll also said young Americans make up a larger share of those dissatisfied with Trump and the state of the economy. It once again highlights signs of declining popularity for him and the Republican Party.<\/p>\n
