{"id":20396,"date":"2026-08-26T07:45:16","date_gmt":"2026-08-26T07:45:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atlaspress.news\/en\/2026\/08\/26\/taliban-discuss-investment-opportunities-with-kuwaiti-company\/"},"modified":"2026-08-26T07:45:16","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T07:45:16","slug":"taliban-discuss-investment-opportunities-with-kuwaiti-company","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/atlaspress.news\/en\/2026\/08\/26\/taliban-discuss-investment-opportunities-with-kuwaiti-company\/","title":{"rendered":"Taliban discuss investment opportunities with Kuwaiti company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Taliban administration has said that Amir Khan Muttaqi, acting foreign minister of the administration, held talks with Mohammed Nasser Al-Sayer, executive vice president of the Kuwaiti trading company Al-Sayer, on the current situation in Afghanistan, as well as security, stability and opportunities for trade and investment.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the Taliban-run Foreign Ministry said the meeting emphasized expanding economic and commercial ties, strengthening joint cooperation and facilitating travel between the two sides.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, Muttaqi described Afghanistan-Kuwait relations as historic and positive and called for the development of comprehensive ties between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>Mohammed Nasser Al-Sayer also expressed happiness over his visit to Afghanistan and said he wants to begin trade relations with the country.
