He is accused of raping the young girl at 1:30 a.m. on July 13 on Hope Street in Manchester.<\/p>\n<p>The report says Abdul Shinwari faces two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault and one count of non-fatal strangulation.<\/p>\n<p>According to the BBC, the Afghan national is due to appear at Manchester Crown Court today for the case to be heard.
