According to him, the programme was implemented with the aim of helping them return to normal life and creating job opportunities for them.<\/p>\n<p>He added that basic work tools and equipment were also distributed to the graduates so they could create livelihoods for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>According to local officials, both men and women are among the graduates of the programme.
