According to the agency, the incident took place 136 miles east of the Yemeni city of Mukalla.<\/p>\n<p>The organisation said it had received a maritime incident report and that an investigation was under way. No further official details have yet been released on how the incident unfolded.<\/p>\n<p>The ownership of the tanker and the motive of the vessel that approached it have not yet been officially established.
