She also praised the courage of humanitarian workers in Afghanistan and said the organisation remains committed to continuing its support for the Afghan people.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, the continuation of humanitarian assistance is of urgent importance for the people of Afghanistan, a country that continues to struggle with poverty and hunger and needs urgent aid.<\/p>\n<p>OCHA had previously warned that limited financial resources make it difficult to deliver life-saving assistance to vulnerable people.
