The source text also referred to U.S. tensions with Iran and the resulting insecurity in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The White House, in response to a question about the possibility of extending the ceasefire, declined to comment directly and referred MS NOW to remarks made on Monday by U.S. President Donald Trump in an interview with Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Esmail Baghaei, spokesman for Iran&#8217;s foreign ministry, on Monday denied the existence of any 60-day deadline in the text of the Islamabad understanding.
