According to the command, the clash began after a personal dispute and a disagreement over water between the two families.<\/p>\n<p>The statement said four members of the two families were killed in the incident and one other person was injured.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a local resident who asked not to be named told Pajhwok that five people were killed in the incident following a dispute between two tribes over water in Diwalak village of Tala wa Barfak district.
