This has left some of them without access to work opportunities that match their abilities.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, some young people have taken up hard labour and unskilled jobs, while others have been forced to migrate to other countries. This trend further highlights the economic and social difficulties facing Afghanistan\u2019s youth.<\/p>\n<p>The needs of young Afghans are not limited to finding work. They are calling for education, decent jobs, equal opportunities and the chance to build a future in their own country.<\/p>\n<p>World Youth Day is observed every year on Aug. 12.
