The Etilaatroz newspaper website also published the news this morning, but removed it from its output after a few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Farhadi was arrested in Kabul on September 3, 2024, by forces from the Interior Ministry of the Taliban administration. On September 19 of the same year, a Taliban court sentenced him to two years in prison on charges of \u201cpropaganda\u201d against the Taliban administration and cooperation with the Etilaatroz newspaper.<\/p>\n<p>The journalist was initially held in Pul-e-Charkhi prison and was later transferred to Bagram prison in March 2025.
