The bid opening process took place today, August 10, 2026, with the presence of representatives from the Barqshna Company and members of the volunteer evaluation committee.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of this project is raised at a time when providing stable electricity is one of the fundamental needs of the residents of Nangarhar and other provinces.
