The Taliban spokesperson also stated that Kabul has managed to maintain relations with several countries and is working to expand diplomatic and economic interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Despite these claims, only Russia has formally recognized the Taliban administration so far. The international community considers respect for human rights, the formation of an inclusive government, and the fight against terrorism as prerequisites for formal engagement with the administration.
