On Saturday, August 8, the Taliban&#8217;s Ministry of Public Health announced in a statement that the aid includes more than 40 types of medical equipment, medicines, and advanced diagnostic machines. Sadaam Hussain Arab, chief physician at Baghlan Provincial Hospital, said that receiving these supplies will reduce some of the shortages in facilities and medicine at health centers in the province. He added that this assistance could enable more timely healthcare services for patients.
