The Taliban administration has announced the approval and signing of a revised plan for the Migrants\u2019 Housing Complex in Samangan province, which allocates more than 2,000 residential plots for returning migrants.<\/p>\n
The Taliban’s Ministry of Urban Development and Housing stated that the plan covers 1,700 jeribs of land and includes 2,312 residential plots. According to the ministry, the aim of implementing this plan is to establish an organized township and to apply urban development principles in the designated area.<\/p>\n
Officials from the ministry claim that approving this plan will provide standard and adequate housing for returning migrants in Samangan. However, no details have been provided regarding the timeline for project implementation or the distribution mechanism for the residential plots.<\/p>\n
Previously, the Taliban administration had also announced plans to create special townships for migrants in various provinces.
