According to the ministry, the aim of implementing this plan is to establish an organized township and to apply urban development principles in the designated area.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from the ministry claim that approving this plan will provide standard and adequate housing for returning migrants in Samangan. However, no details have been provided regarding the timeline for project implementation or the distribution mechanism for the residential plots.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Taliban administration had also announced plans to create special townships for migrants in various provinces.
