According to him, each pilgrim is set to be reimbursed 3,223 Afghanis from this amount. The acting minister did not provide further details regarding how the remaining funds will be used or the exact timing of the repayments. The costs for the Hajj pilgrimage are collected annually from pilgrims by this ministry, with the process of organizing, transferring, and managing these funds carried out under the Taliban administration.
