On Tuesday, 6 Asad, the front declared that the document comprises three chapters and 20 articles, covering general principles, fundamental values, battlefield conduct rules, and procedures for dealing with violators.<\/p>\n
The code states that the front is committed to social justice, civil rights, and preserving citizens’ property, dignity, and honor. It also stresses that civilians will not be targeted in operations, and damage to public facilities, including hospitals, educational centers, and water and electricity networks, will be prevented.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the Sepahi Mihan Front added that prisoners of war will be treated in accordance with international conventions and humanitarian principles, prohibiting any torture, threats, or degrading treatment. The code also declares commitments to supporting the wounded, journalists, and aid workers, forbidding hostage-taking, and protecting cultural heritage.<\/p>\n
According to the document, members who violate the code will be tried in a transparent court if violations are proven, and all forces are obligated to implement the code’s provisions.
