The suspect is currently in custody.<\/p>\n<p>The attack took place on the morning of Tuesday, July 28, along the Baharak\u2013Faizabad route in the Kuldasht area near the city of Baharak. In this incident, Zabihullah Amiri, head of intelligence and culture of the Taliban administration in Badakhshan, was shot by two motorcyclists and lost his life.<\/p>\n<p>According to Kamgar, the arrest is part of ongoing security efforts to curb threats in Badakhshan province.
