The Red Crescent emphasized that the investigation process is not complete and that casualty and damage figures may change.<\/p>\n<p>Based on preliminary information, 23 people have died following the recent floods in Parun. Additionally, 378 residential homes have been destroyed, and 120 shops have been completely wiped out.<\/p>\n<p>The recent floods in Nuristan have caused heavy human and financial losses. Relief efforts alongside the search for missing persons continue.
