Manzoor Pashteen, leader of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), has urged his supporters to intensify campaigns for the release of other jailed members following the recent freeing of several activists. <\/p>\n
On Friday, in a statement welcoming the release of PTM Central Committee member Zabir Shah Agha, Shirani district coordinator Usman Shirani, and Islamabad branch member Muhammad Shoaib Khan, Pashteen expressed happiness at their return. <\/p>\n
According to him, Zabir Shah Agha was abducted nearly a month ago by Pakistan\u2019s intelligence agency during a meeting aimed at planning the release of other detained members. <\/p>\n
Pashteen also thanked the movement\u2019s members, lawyers, human rights activists, international organizations, and the media, stating that their continuous efforts played a vital role in securing the release of PTM prisoners and keeping the Pashtun cause alive. <\/p>\n
He called on his supporters to continue their efforts and campaigns to free Haji Abdul Samad, Ali Wazir, Noorullah Tarin, Hanif Pashteen, and Fareed Afridi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
