Ali al-Dailami, a member of the political bureau of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, has called on Saudi Arabia to rethink its policies toward Yemen and, according to him, to pay heed to the demands of the Yemeni people. <\/p>\n
In an interview with Al Mayadeen network, al-Dailami emphasized that if Riyadh continues its siege of Yemen, the presence of Western fleets will not aid Saudi Arabia. He asserted that the kingdom must respect the rights of the Yemeni people. <\/p>\n
He added that the actions taken by Yemeni forces are not emotional but are guided by a clear strategy aimed at ending the siege. According to him, a popular and political consensus has formed in Sanaa to break the blockade, and the current situation has become unbearable for the people. <\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Yahya Saree, spokesperson for Yemen’s armed forces, previously announced that the naval blockade against Saudi Arabia has entered an operational phase.
