According to the agency, homes, agricultural lands, and some infrastructures in these three provinces have suffered damage.<\/p>\n<p>OCHA has not released precise figures about the number of casualties or the extent of the damage but emphasized that emergency teams are currently surveying the affected areas and conducting urgent assessments of the needs of the population.<\/p>\n<p>After midday on Monday, the city of Parun, the capital of Nuristan province, experienced heavy rainfall followed by flash floods.
