According to Haji Maulvi Hamdullah Namani, the mayor of Herat, the project covers 290 meters in length and eight meters in width, and the construction began in the presence of local elders and community leaders. The mayor of Herat stated that implementing infrastructure and development projects across various parts of the city is one of the municipality&#8217;s key programs.
