The operation was conducted under the code name &#8220;Ya Ali Asghar (AS).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Guards said this attack was a response to what they described as &#8220;the US military\u2019s aggression against some coastal bases and civilian locations.&#8221; The statement also mentioned that certain areas in Iran\u2019s Ilam province were targeted.<\/p>\n<p>The statement concluded by emphasizing that the clashes are ongoing.
