The municipality office of Guzara district, Herat province, announced that the asphalt paving of Pashtun-Zarghun and Sabzwari roads, costing nearly 17 million Afghanis from Herat municipality’s development budget, has been completed and put into operation.<\/p>\n
Mufti Jamaluddin Masroor, the mayor of Guzara, told Bakhtar news agency that the length of Sabzwari road is 800 meters and Pashtun-Zarghun road is 500 meters. According to him, with the implementation of these projects, the ease of transportation for local residents and industrialists will significantly increase.<\/p>\n
He added that many factories in Herat Industrial Estate operate along these routes, and the asphalt paving of these roads will not only facilitate transportation but also positively impact environmental cleanliness and beautify the industrial area.<\/p>\n
Guzara district is considered one of the industrial areas near the city of Herat, and improving transportation infrastructure there has always been one of the demands of industrialists and local residents.
