The incident occurred in the Khanqah district of Jowzjan province.<\/p>\n<p>Qari Abdul Sattar Halimi, spokesperson for Jowzjan provincial police command, stated that the accident took place in the Shur Arigh area of the district. According to him, the driver died on the spot, and one passenger was injured.<\/p>\n<p>Officials cited excessive speed and reckless driving as the cause of the incident.
