According to the agency, the project was implemented with financial support from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).<\/p>\n<p>A published report highlighted that the poor condition of alleys and roads in this part of Kabul had previously caused significant problems for residents. Damaged roads not only made daily commute difficult but also limited access to essential services and employment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>UN-Habitat officials emphasized that the purpose of implementing this project was to provide easier access and contribute to improving the quality of life in the district.
