The Taliban’s representative in Qatar, along with the military attach\u00e9 from the mission, participated in the official funeral ceremony of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of Qatar, and expressed their condolences.<\/p>\n
According to a statement released by the Taliban mission, Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, the Taliban ambassador in Doha, and Hafiz Ehsanullah Ans, the military attach\u00e9 of the embassy, represented the Taliban administration at the ceremony and offered condolences to the government and people of Qatar on the passing of the former Emir.<\/p>\n
The official ceremony was attended not only by Qatari officials but also by ambassadors from various countries, senior government and diplomatic figures, religious scholars, prominent personalities, representatives of international and domestic organizations, as well as several journalists.<\/p>\n
