During the meeting, the urgent needs of patients with congenital heart diseases and the shortage of specialized medical facilities in the country were emphasized.<\/p>\n<p>Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar also stated that a specialized and well-equipped hospital for the treatment of heart defect patients will soon begin operations in the country. According to him, this medical center will offer surgical and therapeutic services to about two thousand patients.<\/p>\n<p>Congenital heart defects are among the birth diseases which, if left untreated in time, can lead to serious health consequences.
