Sheikh Naeem Qassem, in a speech in Lebanon coinciding with the funeral of the martyr Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in Iraq, described him as a “rare figure in contemporary history” and stated that very few similar examples of such leadership exist throughout history.<\/p>\n
According to Al Mayadeen network, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah said that Imam Khamenei was unique in his era and an exceptional leader capable of understanding global issues. He added that this quality elevated his role beyond that of an ordinary political leader.<\/p>\n
Sheikh Qassem also emphasized that from the time he was appointed Secretary-General of Hezbollah until the martyrdom of Ayatollah Khamenei, no requests were made by him to the party. During this period, the Imam leader did not demand anything from Hezbollah.<\/p>\n
