Taliban fighters stopped him for disarmament, leading to an argument and subsequently a violent altercation.

Sources added that during the conflict, Khanjari struck one of the Taliban fighters with a fist. With the intervention of others present, he was released and fled the scene on a motorcycle towards the Jumma Fateh base.

Simultaneously, it was reported that Qari Hanif, a former Taliban commander in Shaki and a close associate of Jumma Fateh, was stopped by Taliban administration fighters while heading to the Nowabad area of Nusay but managed to leave the scene as well.

According to sources, Jumma Fateh has given Taliban administration fighters a 24-hour deadline to leave the Nusay area; otherwise, they will face military action.
