At least nine police officers, including two commanders, were killed following an armed attack on a police center in the Kach Mangi area of the Ziarat district in Pakistan’s Balochistan province. Police officials stated that the incident occurred on Monday night and that clashes continued for several hours.<\/p>\n
According to official information, after the fighting ended, seven other police officers went missing. However, some local sources claim that the number of abducted forces may be higher than the officially reported figures.<\/p>\n
Abdul Quddus, the police chief of Ziarat, told the media that the bodies of the killed officers were transferred from the scene and handed over to the central hospital of Ziarat.<\/p>\n
In response to the attack, several local residents blocked the road leading to the Ziarat checkpoint, demanding the safe return of the missing officers. They urged Pakistani security authorities to take immediate action to clarify the fate of these personnel.<\/p>\n
