According to him, as neighboring countries, they need closer relations in scientific and educational fields.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry&#8217;s newsletter, the acting head of higher education also highlighted the importance of exchanging academic knowledge and jointly utilizing scientific experiences, considering it a basis for strengthening educational capacities in both countries.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Alireza Beygdeli, referring to bilateral relations, announced his country&#8217;s readiness to expand scientific and academic cooperation with Afghanistan.
