The Taliban&#8217;s Ministry of Transport and Aviation announced that, with the arrival of this last group, all pilgrims have been successfully transferred back to Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry, the transfer operations were conducted over nearly a month through 97 flights. These flights were managed from Kabul International Airport, Ahmad Shah Baba Airport in Kandahar, Khwaja Abdullah Ansari Airport in Herat, and Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi Airport in Balkh.<\/p>\n<p>The repatriation process began about a month ago. In the initial phase, pilgrims who had traveled directly from Afghanistan to Medina were returned from Jeddah Airport. Subsequently, other pilgrims were transferred back to Afghanistan according to a scheduled timetable after performing prayers at the Prophet&#8217;s Mosque and visiting religious and historical sites.<\/p>\n<p>The first return flight was operated by Kam Air, carrying 346 pilgrims from Nangarhar province along with seven pilgrimage guides and caravan officials from Jeddah to Kabul.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Taliban Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Religious Affairs, Afghanistan was allocated a quota of approximately 30,000 pilgrims this year.
