The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) has condemned Pakistan’s airstrikes last night on the Afghan provinces of Paktia, Paktika, and Kunar, expressing deep concern over the consequences for civilians. According to the foundation, these attacks have resulted in extensive human casualties and significant damage to residential areas.<\/p>\n
Mullah Hamdullah Fetrat, deputy spokesman for the Taliban administration, posted on X that 36 people, including women and children, were killed and 163 others injured as a result of these attacks. He also stated that parts of residential homes were destroyed during the incident.<\/p>\n
On Monday, the International Human Rights Foundation released a report emphasizing that the aforementioned attacks caused serious harm to civilians and destroyed several residential houses. The report further underscored that protecting the lives of civilians is a mandatory legal and ethical responsibility that cannot be ignored.
