The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed that in a coordinated operation targeting two Pakistani security force camps in the Ziarat area, 13 security personnel were killed. The group says that after intense clashes, it took control of these military centers.<\/p>\n
According to a statement released by the group on Saturday, June 28, nine security forces were killed at the initial stage of the attack at the location, and several others were forced to retreat. The group alleges that after capturing the camps, it captured a significant amount of weapons, ammunition, and military equipment.<\/p>\n
The statement further claims that the group\u2019s forces set fire to the mentioned facilities after removing the equipment. It also alleges that rescue convoys of Pakistani security forces were attacked, resulting in the death of four more Pakistani personnel.<\/p>\n
These claims come while the Pakistani army had previously announced killing 15 individuals they described as “terrorists” in separate operations in the provinces of Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pakistani officials have not yet responded to the new claims from the Baloch Liberation Army.<\/p>\n
