The official transfer process has been completed by the General Directorate of Lands under the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock to the Ministry of Urban Development.<\/p>\n<p>According to relevant authorities, this transfer occurred under a formal agreement between the competent bodies and aims to facilitate the implementation of residential and urban development projects.
