The aim of creating this council is to strengthen direct relations between traders of the two countries and to support economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from both countries, representatives from chambers of commerce and investment, as well as members of the private sector, attended the meeting. Participants discussed ways to develop economic cooperation and expand communication among economic actors.<\/p>\n<p>Abdulshakur Haqqani, head of the Taliban administration&#8217;s embassy in Kyrgyzstan, stated at the assembly that there are significant capacities between Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan in the fields of trade, economy, investment, and transit. He emphasized that strengthening trade relations could pave the way for expanded economic cooperation between the two countries.<\/p>\n<p>Kyrgyzstan, a Central Asian country, has made efforts in recent years to develop trade relations with Afghanistan.
