The purpose is to conduct a standardized evaluation of professional skills and identify skilled labor. Officials say the program was launched to better regulate the labor market and enhance technical capacities.

Within the framework of this plan, the skills of workers, artisans, and graduates of technical and vocational training in 10 labor market-demanded trades are assessed. These trades include plumbing, metalworking, UPVC, building electricity, refrigerator and air conditioning repair, furniture making, solar systems, vehicle mechanics, household electrical appliances repair, and computer hardware.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, individuals who successfully complete these stages will receive an official and standardized certificate, which the ministry says will be recognized nationally and internationally.

Officials also emphasized that implementing this program can help meet labor market needs, reduce unemployment, strengthen professional cadres, and provide job opportunities for youth. The ministry added that the skills certification process will be extended to other zones of the country in the future.

Afghanistan’s Ministry of Labor starts a technical skills certification program in the southeast, aiming to improve job market and youth employment.

[7,17

post-16009","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business","category-important-news
["GET
